Q. How do I turn on the Electronic Cigarette?
A. All of our batteries do not turn on with the first press of the button, this is to avoid it being turned on whilst in your pocket or bag. Dependant on your battery style will determine the amount of times the button will need pressing. On average it is between 3 and 5 consecutive times.
Q. How long will the battery last before needing to recharge?
A. This will vary, it is dependant on the amount the purchaser smokes. The higher the Mah the longer it will last. We sell the 650 Mah and 1100 Mah.
Q. Can I use my Electronic Cigarette anywhere?
A. E Cigarettes are more socially acceptable than the conventional cigarette, they can be smoked in places conventional cigarettes cannot. Please do ask the vendors permission before turning on the battery.
Q. Can I get nicotine poisoning if I continue to smoke my Electronic Cigarette?
A. You cannot get nicotine poisoning from vaping an E-Cigarette as the E-Cigarette has a built in electronic security system which will stop automatically if too many inhalations occur within a short space of time or you take an inhalation over 8 seconds long. You could get nicotine poisoning if you drink the E liquid, if swallowed seek immediate medical attention.
Q. Why do people use Electronic Cigarettes?
A. Smokers smoke because they enjoy the physical and emotional feelings they get when smoking traditional cigarettes. An E-Cigarette will provide you with a similar experience but without the tar, and the numerous other chemicals and second-hand smoke that is related to traditional smoking. The main reasons people use an E cigarette option includes the freedom to smoke almost anywhere and everywhere, no first- or second-hand smoke or odour, convenience, and the fact that it is much cheaper than traditional cigarettes in the long run.
Q. Is there a warranty with the purchase?

Q. What strength E-Liquid do I need?
A. The lower the nicotine level you can start with the better the taste is much better the lower the nicotine level.
24mg is a very high nicotine level.
18mg is a high nictotine level.
12mg is a medium nicotine level
6mg is a low nicotine level
0mg there is no nicotine in this.
Q. Will I like the flavour I have chosen?
A. E-liquid flavours are a personal thing, what one person likes is not always what another person likes. You 1st have to ask yourself would you prefer to stick to a tobacco flavour to be most like a cigarette or would you prefer to move away completely from the tobacco taste, if that is the case we offer drink, fruit, others or sweetie flavours.
One of the main reasons for the failure of the E Cigarette is the over tightening of the battery on to the clearomizor or charger.
Q.Where can I dispose of them?
A. You can post them back to us and we will happily dispose of them for you.
